The LBS series box-type exciter large linear vibrating screen is primarily used for dry and wet particle size classification, dewatering, de-medium, and de-sludging of medium and fine-grained materials.

The LBS series box-type exciter large linear vibrating screen offers advantages such as high screening efficiency, low energy consumption, lightweight design, low noise, stable operation, and high reliability.

Product features are as follows:

 • Side panels are made of high-strength structural steel, with high-precision CNC cutting to ensure dimensional accuracy and precise hole positioning. High-strength bolts are used for connections, eliminating welding and avoiding thermal stress, greatly reducing the risk of side panel cracking;

 • The exciter employs high-precision carburized and quenched helical gears to ensure load capacity, smooth operation, and reliability. Imported oil seals prevent lubricant leakage during operation. Magnetic oil plugs adsorb fine metal particles inside the vibrator, purifying the lubricating oil. Specialized bearings for vibrating equipment ensure reliability under vibration loads. The exciter housing is machined in one pass by a CNC machining center and inspected with a three-coordinate measuring instrument;

 • The exciter drive beam is made of high-strength steel plate with a box-shaped structural design. It is automatically welded using specialized fixtures, resulting in high weld strength that meets international welding standards. Post-weld heat treatment eliminates residual welding stress;

 • The crossbeam features a rectangular seamless tube structure with a more rational cross-sectional strength. The exterior is sprayed with polyurea to ensure wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance;

 • The springs are metal spiral steel springs coated with rubber composite, offering small amplitude in the resonance zone, low noise, and long service life;

 • The screen plate uses stainless steel slot polyurethane-edged screen panels, providing high open area ratio, wear resistance, long service life, and easy maintenance.
